2. Membership Eligibility
Services are available and reserved only for individuals or businesses that can establish a legally binding contract under the laws applicable in their country of residence. 3. Registration Information and Requirements
When registering, you’ll have to provide certain identifying information. You are responsible for the security of your account’s login and password with Valiant Markets. You are solely responsible for any damage caused by reason of any act or omission resulting in improper or illegal use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, accurate and complete information about yourself during the registration process and you also agree not to impersonate another person or entity, and not to hide your identity for Valiant Markets for any reason whatsoever. If you register as a commercial entity, you declare that you have the required authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Valiant Markets treats carefully the information you provide to us according to the disclosure of information provided during the registration process and privacy policy.
4. Legal Restrictions
Without limiting the undermentioned provisions, you understand that laws regarding financial contracts vary throughout the world, and it is your responsibility to make sure you properly comply with any law, regulation or guideline in your country of residence regarding the use of the Site. To avoid any doubt, the ability to access our Site does not necessarily mean that our Services and/or your activities through the Site are legal under the laws, regulations or directives relevant to your country of residence.
You hereby declare that the money in your account with Valiant Markets does not come from drug trafficking, kidnapping or other illegal or criminal activity.
5. Limited License
Valiant Markets grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site (the “License”). The license is subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to resell or make available the Site to any other person, and will not copy any documents contained on the Site for resale or for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Valiant Markets.
To avoid any doubt, you will be liable and bound by any unauthorized use of the Site, in violation of this section. You agree to use all the information received from the information systems Valiant Markets for the sole purpose of performing transactions in the only limits of the Site.
You also agree not to use electronic communication feature of a Service on the Site for any illegal, abusive, intrusive, obscene, threatening or hateful purpose, as well as harassment and vilification in the privacy of others. The license granted hereunder shall terminate if Valiant Markets considers that any information provided by you, including your e-mail is no longer current or accurate, or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of This Agreement and all rules and guidelines for each service. It will be the same if Valiant Markets determines that you committed a crime on the Valiant Markets trading platform (including without limitation the conclusion of a transaction outside the market rates).
If such a violation occurs, you agree to cease accessing the Services. You agree that Valiant Markets, in its sole discretion and with or without notice, may terminate your access to all or part of the Services, close any open transaction and remove and discard any information or content within a Service.
6. Risk Disclosure
You agree to use the Site at your own risk.
Without limiting the undermentioned provisions, the services provided on this site is intended only to customers who are able to withstand the loss of any money they invest and who understand the risks and have experience in taking risks in financial markets. The possibility exists that you could endure a loss of some or all of your initial investment and hence you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks related to Simplified FX trading, and solicit advice from an independent financial advisor in case of doubts.

Through one or more of its Services, Valiant Markets can make available to you a wide range of financial information that is generated internally from agents, suppliers or partners (“Third Party Providers”).
This includes, but is not limited to financial market data, quotes and news, analyst opinions and research reports, graphs and data (“Financial Information”).
The financial information provided on this Site is not intentional investment advice. Valiant Markets offers financial information only as a service. Valiant Markets and its Third Party Providers do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the financial information, or results of your use of this financial information. The financial information may promptly become unreliable for various reasons, including, for instance, changes in market conditions or economic circumstances. Neither Valiant Markets nor the Third Party Providers are required to update the information or opinions included in the financial information, and we can interrupt the flow of financial information at any time without notice.

9. Trading Cancellation
Valiant Markets reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel services, and/or refuse to distribute profits to any person for legitimate reasons, including, without limitation:
• if Valiant Markets has reason to believe that a person’s activities on the Site may be illegal;
• if Valiant Markets may be harmed by any fiscal or pecuniary damage due to anyone’s activities;
• if Valiant Markets consider that one or more operations on the Site were made in violation of this Agreement.
10. Account Security
•The user has to enter account name and passord to access our trading system. The user’s account and password can be used only by this user, even our customer service staff can’t use it.Never save your account name and password on your computer.
•After operation, please click “exit” button to exit your trading account.
•Please login ” persional center” and operate” change password” if you think your password can be disclosed to others.
• We are not responsible for disclosure of personal information and loss of property if it is caused by the user.
11. Payment procedure
Valiant Markets finance department supervises every withdrawal request submitted. Identification documents must be submitted for any withdrawal. There is no fee relating to withdrawal by credit card, but any withdrawal by wire transfer will be charged with the amount of $25.
When a withdrawal request is submitted, Valiant Markets may take up to 3 business days to process the request. When your application is approved please wait for 5 to 7 additional days before seeing your funds in your account.
12. Bonus
Valiant Markets provides attractive rewards features to its new and regular clients. Bonuses and one time trading credits are part of Valiant Markets promotions program. These bonuses are limited by time and the conditions related to any bonuses are subject to change.
To withdraw your bonus, you will be asked to perform a trading volume of at least 30 times for each $1 bonus. The bonus can be withdrawn only when the foregoing stipulation has been fully respected and fulfilled. Any withdrawal of funds from an account made before completing the terms of bonus will be immediately canceled and removed from the account.
Any indication of fraud, manipulation, cash back arbitrage or other forms of deceptive or fraudulent activity based on the provision of the bonus will invalidate the account and any profits or losses collected.
13. Limited Liability
We are committed to ensure continuity of the Services on the Site. However, we assume no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, interruption, delay, defect, in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alteration of the Site or Services. We decline responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, hardware or software, or any technical failure because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, the Site or any Service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Site or Services for any content posted on or through the Site or Services, or the conduct of all users of the Site or Services, whether online or offline.
IN NO EVENT VALIANT MARKETS OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER TO YOU, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE QUALITY OF THE USEFULNESS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OR AS PART OF THE SITE OR ANY INVESTMENT DECISION MAKING ON THE BASIS OF THE INFORMATION, WHETHER THE DAMAGES WERE PREDICTABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER OR NOT VALIANT MARKETS HAS BEEN ACQUAINTED WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VALIANT MARKETS CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU TRANSFERRED OR DEPOSITED IN YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE SITE IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
14. AML Procedures
Prohibited Uses: It is prohibited to abuse this Site for purposes of money laundering. Valiant Markets employs best practice anti-money laundering. Valiant Markets reserves the right to refuse and to terminate any business relationship, and to cancel any operation of customers who do not comply with the requirements of anti-money laundering:
• Online traders should provide all information required for registration.
• The earnings will be paid to the person who first registered for an account online.
• When a customer maintains an account through wire transfers, the gains will be distributed to the sole owner of the originating bank account. When you make deposits in this way, it is the responsibility of the live trader to ensure that the trader’s account number and the registered name of the account owner accompany every transfer to Valiant Markets.
• When a fund is made using a credit card or debit card, the winnings will be distributed solely to the person whose name appears on the card used to make the deposit and will not be reimbursed on the same card.
•Users are forbidden to use Valiant Markets’s platform for arbitrage, money laundering and other illegal purposes. Large and frequent funds deposition into account will be audited by bank. You will be charged additional 5% withdrawal fee if your total investment is lower than 40% of the total deposit.
• Only one account is allowed per person. No gains can be levied on accounts opened under false names or multiple accounts opened by the same person.
• Valiant Markets may, from time to time at its sole discretion, require from a customer to provide additional proof of identity such as notarized copy of passport or other means of identity verification as deemed necessary circumstances and may, at its sole discretion, suspend an account until the required proof is provided.
15. Intellectual Property
Every content, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo and icon are the property of Valiant Markets or its affiliates or agents and are protected by law and international treaties and provisions relating to copyright. You agree not to remove copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights of any material you print or download from the Site. You will not obtain intellectual property rights, or any right or license to use such material or the Site, other than those set forth herein.
Images displayed on the Site are property of Valiant Markets. You agree not to upload, post, distribute or reproduce any information, software or other material protected by copyright or other intellectual property right (including rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining permission from the copyright owner and the prior written consent of Valiant Markets.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Our company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents and to hold them harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of / or in any way connected with your access to / or use of the Site or Services; your violation of any of the terms in this Agreement; or your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.
17. Term and Termination
The term of the Agreement shall be unlimited however Our company will be allowed to terminate this Agreement at any time by notice to you. As of termination, you shall not be able to carry out new transactions.
18. Cancel Position Abuse
The cancel feature enables the client to cancel his position within a few seconds of the execution.
The use of the cancel feature will be considered as a system abuse if the client cancel positions accede 20% of the number of executed contracts in a trading period.
The platform reserve the right to cancel a position that is resulted as a cancel abuse or to suspend the client account incase such an abuse is detected.
19. General clause
Our company will not be liable in any way to any persons in the event of force majeure, or for the act of any government or legal authority.
In the event that any provision in this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of a party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Our company may assign this Agreement or any rights and/or obligations hereunder without your consent.
Our company may amend the terms of this Agreement from time to time by posting the amended terms on the Site. You are responsible for checking whether the Agreement was amended. Any amendment shall come into force as of the day it was published on the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by the changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our Services, and inform us in writing immediately.
20. Privacy Policy
Valiant Markets does its utmost to ensure the privacy, confidentiality and security of its clients are preserved both throughout their interaction with the company and afterwards, to the fullest extent achievable by the company.
1. When clients register with Valiant Markets they acknowledge their willingness to share with the company certain private information which we use for the purpose of confirming the client’s identity and ensuring the security of their deposits and trading account. This information is collected in line with our stringent verification procedures which are used to deter international money laundering operations and to ensure the security and safety of our customer’s trading activity throughout.
2. Our clients undertake to supply us with true, updated and accurate information about their identity. Furthermore they are required to state categorically that they are registering and trading on their own behalf and are not seeking at any time to act any manner which could be considered fraudulent nor are they seeking to impersonate any other individuals for any purposes whatsoever.
3. Valiant Markets data collection procedures include the collection of client’s freely disclosed information as shared with the company, in addition to the placement of cookies for the purposes of gathering data about the manner in which client’s interact with the Valiant Markets website. These tools for gathering client’s information are employed for the purpose of ensuring the customer’s own security and all data collected by the company is shared only with individuals within the company who are involved with the verification of customer account information for the express purpose of ensuring the customer’s confidentiality and security.
4. Valiant Markets will never disclose any private or otherwise confidential information in regards to our clients and former clients to third parties without the express, written consent of our clients, except in such specific cases in which disclosure is a requirement under law, or is otherwise necessary in order to perform verification analysis on the client’s identity for the purposes of safeguarding their account and securing their personal information.

By registering with Valiant Markets and through the voluntary interaction they undertake with Valiant Markets products and services the clients confirm and agree that they consent to the use of all or part of the information they provide concerning their Valiant Markets trading account, the transactions they undertake through it and the interactions which they perform with the company on behalf of the company. All interactions the customer undertakes with the company will be stored by the company for the purposes of record and as such may be employed by the company in such cases that disputes arise between clients and Valiant Markets.
6. Valiant Markets does its utmost to ensure the confidentiality of its clients personal information including the implementation of data protection procedures designed to ensure client confidentiality. Valiant Markets ensures that its data protection policy is regularly updated in order to ensure that client’s confidential information is continually safeguarded.
7. From time to time Valiant Markets may contact clients whether by phone or email for the purpose of offering them further information about Valiant Markets, Simplified FX trading, or financial market trading. In addition the company may, on occasion, seek to contact clients, whether by phone or by email, for the purpose of informing them of unique promotional offerings provided by Valiant Markets for the client. Clients consent to the receipt of such contact when they consent to our terms and conditions of use when registering with Valiant Markets. Any person wishing to opt out of further contact with Valiant Markets at anytime whatsoever is entitled to do so, simply by contacting the company whether by phone or email and requesting that no further contact on behalf of the company will be made.
21. Risk Warning
The use the Website and Services are at your own risk and the company shall not be responsible for any damages or losses of any kind that you shall incur as a result of modifications and enhancement and the termination and or suspension and/or discontinuation of the Website or any of the web site’s Services. 23. Anti Money Laundering
Valiant Markets does not tolerate money laundering and supports the fight against money launderers. Valiant Markets follows the guidelines set by the UK’s Joint Money Laundering Steering Group. The UK is a full member of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), the intergovernmental body whose purpose is to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
Valiant Markets now has policies in place to deter people from laundering money. These policies include:
• ensuring clients have valid proof of identification
• maintaining records of identification information
• determining that clients are not known or suspected terrorists by checking their names against lists of known or suspected terrorists
• informing clients that the information they provide may be used to verify their identity
• closely following clients’ money transactions
• Not accepting cash, money orders, third party transactions, exchange houses transfers or Western Union transfers.
Money Laundering usually follows three stages:
• firstly, cash or cash equivalents are placed into the financial system
• secondly, money is transferred or moved to other accounts (e.g. futures accounts) through a series of financial transactions designed to obscure the origin of the money (e.g. executing trades with little or no financial risk or transferring account balances to other accounts)
• And finally, the funds are re-introduced into the economy so that the funds appear to have come from legitimate sources (e.g. closing a futures account and transferring the funds to a bank account).
Trading accounts are one vehicle that can be used to launder illicit funds or to hide the true owner of the funds. In particular, a trading account can be used to execute financial transactions that help obscure the origins of the funds.
Valiant Markets directs funds withdrawals back to the original source of remittance, as a preventative measure.
International Anti-Money Laundering requires financial services institutions to be aware of potential money laundering abuses that could occur in a customer account and implement a compliance program to deter, detect and report potential suspicious activity.

24. Withdrawal Policy
Know your customer policies have become increasingly important worldwide lately, especially among banks and other financial institutions, in order to prevent identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud and terrorist activity.
Valiant Markets holds a zero tolerance fraud policy, and is taking all measures possible to prevent it. Any fraudulent activity will be documented and all related accounts to it will be immediately closed. All funds in these accounts will be forfeited.
Prevention:
Valiant Markets aims to ensure the integrity of any sensitive data it obtains, such as your account information and the transactions you make, using a variety of security measures and fraud controls. Securing your electronic transactions requires us to be provided with certain data from you, including your preferred deposit method.
When you deposit funds we will require the following documents
• A copy of your valid passport with the signature page
• Copies of your credit cards, used to make the deposit (Front side with only the 4 last digits visible, back side with the CVV covered).
• A copy of a recent utility bill in your name and address

26. Refund Terms & Conditions
When you open an account with Valiant Markets the payment will be debited from your credit card immediately. If you are not satisfied with Valiant Markets trading platform for any reason, you have the right to apply for a refund of your remaining balance. Please note that if you have received a bonus, you will have to follow the bonus T&C. If you decide to apply to refund your purchase, all logins and memberships will be deactivated. Whether your application will be approved or declined shall be at the sole discretion of Valiant Markets. Please allow up to 48 hours for our customer support team to approach your request. Our support team will contact you to confirm your request or to ask for additional information if needed. All refunds will be issued in the form of payment in which they were made.
27. Dispute Resolution/Arbitration
The parties will attempt in good faith to negotiate a settlement to any claim or dispute between them arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. If the parties fail to agree upon terms of settlement, either side may submit the dispute to confidential arbitration proceedings by a sole arbitrator under the ICC ADR Rules, whose decision shall be final and binding. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, in London, UK or another place agreed by Parties. Without derogating of the provisions above, this clause explicitly sets exclusive jurisdiction to said arbitration process, and neither Party shall be entitled to submit any dispute to the courts of its domicile which contradicts said arbitration process
28. Termination
You or we may suspend or terminate your account or your use of this Site at any time, for any reason or for no reason. Except for the withdrawal of accumulated funds, you will not be entitled to any remedy for discontinuing the services, all subject to our WD policy and applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of this Site at any time without notice.
29. Complaints Policy:
When registering, you will have to provide us with some specific identification information. You are responsible for the security of your account’s login and password with Valiant Markets. Valiant Markets carefully treats the information you provide to us according to the disclosure of information provided during the registration process and privacy policy.
Also, note that Valiant Markets maintains effective and transparent procedures for reasonable prompt complaint handling for existing and potential retail clients, and we keep records of complaints and measures taken for complaint resolution. The purpose of this procedure is to ensure fair and consistent dealing with client complaints whilst striving to provide the highest level of customer service.
30. Client Acknowledgement
I hereby acknowledge and confirm that Valiant Markets is engaging an independent third party or payment service provider for payment collection. I acknowledge and confirm that the third party is acting on my instruction to transfer the funds on my behalf to payment service provider with no liabilities, obligations or warranties. I agree and confirm that I have no right to claim any transferred funds from the third party or payment service provider in any ways, or under any title or under any circumstances.
We are clear on the fact that any third party or payment service provider will just facilitate my/our business with my/our supplier and that I/we were not offered any form of financial services from them. I/We are clear that we should not use the third party/payment service provider or its affiliates as the financial services vehicle but a conventional and trusted service provider to facilitate payment only. I confirm that I have no further and future claims against the third party or payment service provider after settlement has been made.
31. DDT Transactions (Direct Debit Transactions)
Refund
a) If you encounter problems when using the Service, you must contact us by one of the option proposed at the end of these Terms.
b) The law provides that you can cancel the contract with Valiant Marketsafter sending a Transaction. This rescission right is valid fourteen (14) days after the dispatch of the Transaction or until the contract comes to an end because of our payment of the amount paid to the Beneficiary, if this occurs earlier. If, under this article, you exercise your right of cancellation, we can apply a cancellation fee.
c) If, under this article, you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you must send a written request by one of the means proposed at the end of these Terms, indicating your full name and address, telephone number and the reference number of the Transaction, the Transaction amount and the reason for the claim.
d) The refund will be credited on the option of payment which served to finance the Transaction and in the same currency. No adjustment will be payable in respect of currency fluctuation which may have occurred in the meantime

We do not refund your transaction.
Delivery
Valiant Markets will transmit funds one hour after processing on our website.
Disclaimer
a) System malfunction: Valiant Markets is not responsible or liable for any loss resulting from causes outside its direct control, such as failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, electronic viruses or malware, unauthorized access to our systems, theft, operator error, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, governmental restrictions, or for any loss of information caused by disruptions in or malfunctions of service.
b) Any failure to perform your instructions as a result of circumstances that could reasonably be considered beyond our control;
c) Any failure of communications that cannot reasonably be considered to be under our control and that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages you send to us;
d) Any loss or delay in the transmission of messages resulting from the use of an Internet service provider or caused by any browser or other software beyond our control;
e) Any errors on the website or with Service caused by incomplete or incorrect information that you or a third party has provided.
