DDT Transactions (Direct Debit Transactions)
Refund
a) If you encounter problems when using the Service, you must contact us by one of the option proposed at the end of these Terms.
b) The law provides that you can cancel the contract with Valiant Marketsafter sending a Transaction. This rescission right is valid fourteen (14) days after the dispatch of the Transaction or until the contract comes to an end because of our payment of the amount paid to the Beneficiary, if this occurs earlier. If, under this article, you exercise your right of cancellation, we can apply a cancellation fee.
c) If, under this article, you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you must send a written request by one of the means proposed at the end of these Terms, indicating your full name and address, telephone number and the reference number of the Transaction, the Transaction amount
and the reason for the claim.
d) The refund will be credited on the option of payment which served to finance the Transaction and in the same currency. No adjustment will be payable in respect of currency fluctuation which may have occurred in the meantime.
OR
We do not refund your transaction.
Delivery
Valiant Markets will transmit funds one hour after processing on our website.
Disclaimer
a) System malfunction: Valiant Markets is not responsible or liable for any loss resulting from causes outside its direct control, such as failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, electronic viruses or malware, unauthorized access to our systems, theft, operator error, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, governmental restrictions, or for any loss of information caused by disruptions in or malfunctions of service.
b) Any failure to perform your instructions as a result of circumstances that could reasonably be considered beyond our control;
c) Any failure of communications that cannot reasonably be considered to be under our control and that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of messages you send to us;
d) Any loss or delay in the transmission of messages resulting from the use of an Internet service provider or caused by any browser or other software beyond our control;
e) Any errors on the website or with Service caused by incomplete or incorrect information that you or a third party has provided.
